Hi! Rachael Kulik here. Some people call me 'Rae' (if there's more than one Rachael around, though I have got an extra A).
Every day is an adventure for me - I work in Real Estate in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts - a cute, cozy local boutique office that reminds most customers of professional living room (in a good way). I'm the Office Manager as well as a Real Estate Agent. I specialize in Apartment Rentals and Rental Property Analyses (pricing apartments for rent), and Sales. Eventually I'm considering looking at Property Management too (Landlords ask me to manage their properties quite frequently already) but for right now I am focusing on the many roles I am currently filling and the work I am currently doing (as well as getting my Brokers' License).
I also designed the paperwork, business cards, website and have incorporated the Digital 2.0 Age with JP Rentals' original 'old school' personal feel. Plus - I work with amazing people, and the personalities I encounter are all special and unique in their own way.
For School I graduated from Massachusetts College of Art and Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Community Art Education with a Studio Concentration in Painting. I can successfully inform you i'm the only person to ever graduate with that major :) (though I wish it would show on my diploma!). I use my teaching skills in my current work a lot, but eventually I actually plan to attend Graduate School for Art Therapy.
On the side I'm also an Artist - I love Adobe, Painting, Photography, Design, etc - and musician (just for fun, I play guitar and sing TI covers with my best friend). And I've got two fabulous kitties - Jasmine and Rajah.
