Matterport Prep Guide
For social distancing purposes I have been using Matterport to create 3D virtual tours of many properties in order to prevent excessive in person showings. In order to scan as quickly and efficiently as possible upon arrival I have created a general guide of tips and suggestions to that tenants are aware of how it works understand what to prepare for.
If you would like to see visual examples of Matterport 3D tours created by my team and I they can be found on my listing page and profile here.
What to Expect
All furniture, objects and rugs need to stay in the same position and place from start to end of the scanning process.
The camera takes full 360 scans of the room and captures multiple angles of the living space at the same time.
Scans cannot be edited or photoshopped for the tour.
IF YOU ARE HOME – we will need to coordinate moving from one room to another during the scanning process.
IF YOU HAVE A PET – please let us know in advance. We can discuss the best method in order to keep them out of the scans.
