"I have lived in Jamaica Plain for a few years now and was looking for a new apartment for either August or September of this year. My girlfriend and I went into the JP Rentals & Sales office unannounced one afternoon to see what might be available. We talked to Rachael who was friendly and wanted to help. She immediately knew of a place that sounded like a great place for us.
Over the next few weeks, Rachael worked tirelessly to get us the first showing, even as there were other issues going on at the unit. Although the unit itself was not the place for us and we eventually found a place through a different realtor, I would recommend Rachael to any prospective renter or buyer in the JP area. "I thought moving to Jamaica Plain would be rather difficult. However my experience at JP rentals was awesome. As a young professional, the staff here was great, especially our realtor, Rachel. We didnt have to search very hard, as Rachel was able to figure out what we wanted and narrowed down our search pretty fast. Rachel was a lot of fun to work with and definitely knew her way around things.
In the end we ended up finding a nice little apartment on Parkton, and throughout the process it was super easy to secure the lease. This was soooo much easier than just using craigslist and they definitely took a direct interest in helping us find the perfect place. If I decide to move within JP then Ill definitely be back to work with them"

"I moved into my apartment last months and thanks to this place, it's perfect. I worked with rachael, who went above and beyond to find me a great place to live.
